Lucy joined Kaiser Permanente Ventures in 2026. Prior to joining KP Ventures, she was a member of the Investment Team at Chicago Pacific Founders, where she focused on private equity investments in the healthcare services sector, and worked closely with portfolio companies on value creation initiatives. Previously, Lucy was a consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, advising healthcare services and medical technology clients. She began her career at Triage Consulting Group (now R1 RCM). Lucy holds a B.A. in Political Science from Hamilton College.

Originally from New York City, Lucy has lived in San Francisco since 2019.
