Gina joined the KP Ventures team in 2014, partnering with Senior Leadership to manage cultural development and streamline operations.  In 2019 Gina advanced into the role of Project Manager, followed by Chief of Staff in 2022, where she executes internal and external strategic initiatives with Executive Leadership.

Gina holds her BFA in Graphic Design and active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification to complement her 20 years of hands on experience in operations, accounting, events, and customer service.

She enjoys giving her free time to various charities and institutions including St. Jude’s Children Cancer Research, Foster Love (FKA Together We Rise), U.S. Military support programs, East Bay SPCA, and the Oakland ED Fund.
