Principal |

Sarah is responsible for managing merger and
acquisition transactions for the organization. She
also acts as an advisor to select portfolio
investments and supports corporate development
activities. Sarah joined Kaiser Permanente
Ventures in 1999 and managed Kaiser Permanente’s
laser vision correction program and nurse staffing
initiative. In 2003, Sarah transferred to Kaiser
Permanente’s hospital and nursing operations to
build an internal strategic and analytical
function. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente,
Sarah worked in healthcare consulting with an
emphasis in hospital billings and collections. She
also worked in sports marketing and management.
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from
Middlebury College and a Masters in Business
Administration from the University of Michigan
