Dave has extensive experience working with entrepreneurs and growth companies as a venture investor and investment banker at J.P. Morgan, UBS, and Piper Jaffray. Since joining Kaiser Permanente Ventures in 2003, Dave has focused on investments in medical device technology and health care services.
He serves on the Board of Directors of Atheromed, Baxano, Cytopherx, Hemosphere and Xanitos. He is or was a Board Observer to Proteus Biomedical, Pulmonx, ValenTx, Valeritas, CHF Solutions (sold to Gambro) and Nursefinders (sold to Goldman Sachs).
Dave is a graduate of St. John's University and earned a Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard University.
